Catastrophe is Binge-Worthy

Catastrophe
is the next show you have to binge watch.
First
airing two years ago in a six episode Season 1 on Amazon TV, Catastrophe has
really snuck up on a lot of people. In an era where hundreds of shows are
coming out on multiple watching platforms, I feel like Catastrophe has slipped
by the main stream population of the United States. And everybody needs to
start watching because it is the funniest “sorta-new” show on “TV.” (I “grew up”
on “Bennett Brauer” comedy.)
Comedian
Rob Delaney and Writer/Actor Sharon Horgan have created one of the most dynamic
and off-brand shows about two people running into some unplanned adversity in
their lives. Behind this universal premise is two absolute sick-o’s (Delaney
and Horgan) rolling somewhat normal life choices into a swear-bathed
smorgasbord of hilarious jokes and awkward situations. It’s pretty great. And
while Horgan and Delaney are awesome, probably the smartest thing they did was
the inclusion of an equally funny supporting cast. The show has been renewed
for a Season 3 and 4 and Season 3 airs April 28th on Amazon.
Go
binge watch the first two seasons, its quick, funny, and you won’t regret it.
