It is Oscar Week and Local Big Time is at it again ranking the different Oscar Categories over the last 20 years, one day at a time. Today we are tackling the Best Actor category. When you see the heavyweights on this list, its almost impossible to rank order them. Some well informed readers (Trot), will tear these rankings to shreds and I encourage everyone to take their opinions into consideration as I personally know their movie knowledge sits right around the PhD level, seriously though.
